- Purchasing card type and last 4 digits of card number
- Order number and shipment tracking number
- Brief details on defective or damaged product
- Photos of defective or damaged product
We will review on a case-by-case basis and replace the damaged or defective product at no additional cost upon review if warranted. Our customer experience team is unable to assist with product purchases outside of Drinknoeleven.com. Customers who purchased from Amazon.com should contact Amazon Customer Support for assistance.
